I just got a dui. They have made new laws and I’m not sure what they are or how to find out. Is it worth hiring an attorney or a waste of money? I blew a .14 in Sacramento ca. It’s my first offense and I’m 22.

California DUI, wet reckless charge?

Whats the probability that I can get my DUI charge brought down to a wet reckless? I know California has new laws regarding DUI’s, but Im not clear about the procedure of getting the charge brought down. I blew a .10, thats what Im getting charged with, first offense, any advice is greatly appreciated!
