5 year years ago..when i was 20 and in college…i was arrested for DUI. BAC was .049 which is friggin retarded because if im 21 then everthing is ok cause i would be under .08…your gonna tell me age 20 and 21 makes a difference with being drunk….that is the stupiest thing i have ever [...]

I’m thinking of hiring Myles L. Berman to help me with my DUI. But he’s expensive. Is it worth it? I’ve heard first time offenders in LA usually have the same results as far as penalties. Any insight?
