Like i said i am a full canadian citizen travelling directly by air to mexico, staying for a week then flying directly back to canada... is a DUI charge that im no longer restricted by and had completed in decemeber going to affect me being able to travel?

I am interested in becoming an officer in the military but I have a DUI charge(.09 BAC). Is it still possible to become an officer?
Also do I have a chance in becomming an officer if I am allowed in?

Or can any one provide me the name of the lawyer they used who got their charges reduced to a lesser non-dui charge ...

Now he did get picked up on bail jumping charges and a DUI charge. But he is getting out now today on bond again and will be making it to the court date for the other bond charge. So will I get my money back for the first bond since he will be present at the court date still?

I got charged with a minor dui charge (in texas). I am not 21 yet but will be this summer. Is there any way to get rid of a minor dui charge on my record? I want to be able to get jobs without getting turned down for something like that
I said I was charged with a dui, not that i was actually intoxicated. I don't think drunk drivers should be on the roads either.

If someone gets a DUI and on the ticket it lists that they got pulled over for not using a traffic signal. But there was no turn or lane change, would this be terms for dismissing the DUI charge?

I pled guilty to a DUI charge in a NC court and was provided driving privileges from the court that allow me to drive 6am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 24/7 for work. It is not documented on paper work whether or not this allows me to drive out of the state of NC. I cannot get a straight answer from my lawyer, which everyone keeps referring me back to.
