I’m all for legalization of marijuana for recreational use, but I’m concerned about the increase of people driving while they’re stoned if the legalization bill passes. Is there a way that cops test to see if someone they’ve pulled over is high from smoking pot?

like cdl drivers can be put in jail for driving they,re own vehicle with a .04 breath analyzes.and cops dont give other cops tickets ,or turn them in for dui.they let them go and take them home.same with judges.
