   Not sure what you’re asking:

   Will Florida extradite a misdemeanor DUI to Los Angeles?

   OR

   Will Florida extradite a misdemeanor DUI to Louisiana?

   Either way, Florida wouldn’t extradite anything to some other state. They might well extradite to Florida, though.
