You should be fine as long as it’s only a misdemeanor. Check on the countries also in reguards to your passport being enough,most Euro countries don’t require a visa from American citizens.
Some of these countries require you to obtain a visa before you can enter. If the country issues you a visa there should be not questions regarding DUI at the time of entry. Questions like that are dealt with on the visa application or in a personal interview before your visa is issued.
