Is a dui a felony is a high speed chase a misdemeanor is peeing outdoors is sex charge?

    The DUI is usually a misdemeanor. The chase, can be a felony, depending on what is involved. Peeing outdoors, can be a sex charge, depending upon where it is done.

    A first DUI is rarely a felony. In Oklahoma, a second DUI is. High Speed Chase, or evading an officer, is most often a felony, but it is up to the prosecutor as to how he wants to charge the offender.
    Urinating outdoors, at least in Oklahoma, is a sex crime, and will result in you becoming a registered sex offender for the rest of your life.

    -DUI is a misdemeanor
    -High Speed Chase (Eluding and Evading a police officer) is a felony
    -Peeing outdoors (if someone sees you) is public indecency, which is a felony
