In WV, can you be terminated from a job because of a misdemeanor DUI?
I was employed for two months by an outsourcing call center in WV and was just fired because I had a misdemeanor come back on a a background check ( I fully disclosed this when I filled out the application). Is this legal? Who do I contact in WV to complain and find proper recourse? ...

you probably are still a probationary employee you can be terminated for any reason
The common law rule of “employment-at-will” is that an employee who is not hired for a specific duration (i.e. one year, two years, etc.) can terminate his or her employment, or be terminated by the employer, at any time, for good reason, bad reason, or no reason at all. Under the common law rule, an employee who is hired for an indefinite term and who is discharged by his or her employer has no contractual right to challenge the termination decision – regardless of the perceived or actual fairness of the termination decision.
In WV and in almost any US state, you can be fired if they don’t like the color of the socks you are wearing – they can fire you for no reason if they want to. You have to legal recourse.
