Expunged means there is no record. So you don’t even have to report that you were arrested I don’t think. You would only have a problem if you were convicted.
If it’s been expunged, it shouldn’t come up, so it shouldn’t be an issue. On another note, no matter what, every company/airline has there own requirements, that’s going to be a question for them. I don’t however, know what position you are applying for.
I do know that as a pilot, a DUI should only hold effects on employment up to a year after the incident. This is in FAR Part-611 (I think that’s it anyway). I am going to school to be a pilot, and this has been my finding with the help from my local FAA hub.
if you are trying to work at lax they don’t even check your background that well of course you will be able to do it I have a friend he used to be a from the lennox gang he has like 40 tatoos all over his body and he drives a truck inside the airport and he have been convicted for car theft and thats a felony so don’t worry and i think that it depends more on the hookups or connections with the people
Yeah, it should be gone. Go get a copy of your driving record at the courthouse. If you had a fine and paid it, or community service and completed it, there’s usually only one more requirement. I forget what its called, but for the period of time you were punished until, your insurance company is supposed to boost your rate higher and notify the court of the additional fee paid (financial responsibility department), and lastly sometimes mandatory driving school. If all completed and your record is cleared there should be no problem getting that job.
