My mother and I would like to start a daycare business in our home. The only setback is that my brother lives there and he has a misdemeanor dui. He wouldn't be involved in taking care of the children at all or driving them anywhere, but I know they check everyone that lives in the home.
Obviously I would love to kick him out and I think that we should, my mom won't though.
Ya kick him out, kids have no business hanging around with irresponsible criminals.

time to kick him out. when they check that stuff out just say hes there for a short time getting his life back on track and wil be out some time in the near future,
