and right now he’s in the county jail for 6 months – he’s in his cell 23 hours a day.
His first offense was drug related like yours, which was a misdemeanor, and then he ended up violating his probation by not going to his classes. His second offense was stealing $100 worth of meat, which was also a misdemeanor, but because he pushed the manager’s arms off of him it was converted to a felony.
I think your situation is very comparable, so I suspect your sentencing would be very similar. If so, make good use of your time and read a lot of constructive books. I would recommend the book "Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren.
