My sister-in-law was recently sentenced to 12 months probation in Georgia for a DUI guilty plea.She is concerned as to what type of probation to expect.Supervised or unsupervised.Also she had smoked marijuana but stopped about two months ago.Will she be drug tested when she reports to her probation officer next week.Thanks in advance for any advice.
Her probation starts Wednesday.

apparently the probation is not working for her, she probably needs to be put in jail where she can’t have access to what she got jailed for in the first place
