Got a DUI a few weeks back. I blew a .083 which is only .03 over the limit. However they were under the impression that I was using marijuana, I had not been that day. They gave me a drug test and I will probably fail because i did smoke like four days straight a few days before. I know if I fail I will not be eligible for a work permit to drive on but do you know any extra consequences I may be facing? Thanks!
Ok first answer I know for a fact just for a regular DUI here in the state of GA you lose your license for 4 months but thank you for answering. I am expecting it to be worse than that but hey if that is right I would be very happy!

Pardner,if you live in Ga. you DO NOT want to get another one.You most likely will get jail time and you can kiss any kind if license good-bye for at least a year.Plus 220 hours of community service and a 1500 dollar fine.
