you were at a bar while on probation for a DUI you are lucky you are not in jail already.

You could go to jail for a short time but most people are just put on probation.

I think the weed needs to be in the vehicle to be in your posession. under it might mean that you parked over weed that was left on the ground.
your probation will be revoked and you will have to take whatever penalties that you would have gotten for the dui.
The person will probably get 30 days in jail or more. I have been on probation in Michigan. I violated with a new charge and went to prison for a year. It was drug related. You probably won’t be going to prison, but you will do some time.
