   cops lie all the time. know your rights & speak up to the passenger flat out saying the cop is lying & if the person refuses to let the cop search without a search warrant the cop can’t do anything right there on the spot with the bag. however if they give the bag over anyway, the court won’t care if the cop lied or not. The fact will be there was marijuana in the bag and that the "law" was broken on your part.

   & whoever gave me a thumbs down I know what I’m talking about!
