I was placed on probation after I got a Dui. In january I violated probation with a dirty urine with marijuana. Since than I have two clean urines and have been attending recovery classes which were already a part of my probation. I live in MD. What should I be looking for at my hearing tomorrow? Does this mean jail time?
It all depends on a number of factors,including but not limited to,The mood of the judge,and probation officer .The fact that you are making an effort to comply is most definitely a plus .The jails are overcrowded everywhere and i would think that as long as you are not deemed a threat to society that you will be given another chance .Use it wisely and remember GOD answers prayers and delights in setting the captive free!

If I were the judge "YES" seems like you can’t learn from your mistakes. You got to have better reasons on spending your money, like higher education.
They should have thrown you in jail the first time your urine test came back positive.
