pls help i got caught riding dirty will i go to jail?
i got caught riding dirty. they charged me with dui, refusal to take breath test, open container, resisting arrest, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana. will i go to jail? i didnt know they were following me and they saw me drinking beer.

It depends how liberal and relaxed your area is. I’m assuming you already got out of jail on an "OR" like program, unless you posted bail, and am awaiting trial.
If you have a clean criminal record, a good lawyer, and not a large amount of the above, coupled with a liberal area, a bad assistant DA, and some luck, you might get off with probation.
Otherwise, expect to spend a few months in County.

Yes, you ARE going to jail. Don’t worry, you will never be dirty again. You will have plenty of shower time and friends to wash your back.

Depends on where you live. Where I live, this is a state jail felony, and you can get up to 2 years for it.
