Is 86 ng/mg of Marijuana consider to be under the influence while driving? ?

Is it enough to charge someone for a DUI?

    I would think that 86 ng/mg of Marijuana would land you a DUI, plus you have to remember that it is illegal. If you were pulled over and a police officer even smelled marijuana he/she could have reason to search your car. I suggest not smoking and driving. If you are going to be smoking marijuana, have someone else drive for you. It’s really just not worth the risk, plus you could be endangering others as well. Stay home and chill out! Hope this helps a little ….

    Is it medical or not.

    Not medical, any amount.

    Medical, It is going to be hard for them to prove that you where under the influence.
