i believe prostitution and marijuana should be legalized!?

there is no reason why prostitution shouldn't be legalized..all the government has to do is have them record their transactions so they can be taxed....(only reason why we can't have it now)(don't argue stds either...you can get those from anyone...the loose girl at the bar has a better chance of gi...

there is no reason why prostitution shouldn't be legalized..all the government has to do is have them record their transactions so they can be taxed....(only reason why we can't have it now)(don't argue stds either...you can get those from anyone...the loose girl at the bar has a better chance of giving them to you than an expensive prostitute..)...and as for marijuana as long as someone is just hanging out at home smoking pot he isn't hurting anyone..and if he were to get in a a car and hurt someone then there would be laws like DUI and such but for marijuana...these two will help our economy a lot! if you cannot pay for your mortgage or a lot of other expenses you can always turn to these things that anyone can do at their home to pay for the bills...it solves everything if you think about it

why can't they be legal?
for the first answer i don't see why we can't legalize prostitution... who says its women prostituting?

   I am female saying this. Ganja definitely needs to be legalized.

   BUT
   so does prostitution! If prostitution is legalized that means the women will be screened so the following will occur FAR less often:
   *the spread of STDs
   *the spread of HIV
   *pregnancy (especially of drug addicted babies)
   *child prostitution

   Legalizing prostitution could literally save lives. How? In places like Amsterdam prostitutes twice a month are tested. They also must have identification.

   I’m disgusted by the thought of prostitution being legalized. I just think it’s wrong.

   I’m all for the legalization of marijuana, though.

   In Australia prostitution is legalized, most brothels are required to be very clean and their workers are often extremely attractive.
   This makes allot more sense than trying to pick up some filthy, smelly, disease ridden corpse of a junkie on some street corner.

   Marijuana undecided- yes it would benefit the government in some ways but on the other hand many people would probably lose the motivation to work.
   I still have a negative view on most drugs because of experiences in the past.
