In some states, the presence of drugs in your blood or urine is enough for a DUI. Which means, you’d have to wait a few days if your a light smoker or up to a month if you are a heavy smoker.

if ur not goofy u can drive… ur not gonna get a dui for being high on weed it doesnt impair u like alcohol does … but u dont want to have the giggles either if u get pulled over …

It is not illegal all the time to smoke marijuana. Just think of cancer patients who smoke. What I have been told is that when you feel able to drive with no problem then you can. Its a DUI if there is alcohol or any controled substance in your system, so be careful.

DUI driving undere the influence means a controlled substance and if the cop can prove your high you will get popped

Lets see, maybe I should answer your question with another question. Would you trust a driver operatoring a 2 ton vehicle who was stoned on weed. The issue is not one of "Getting in Trouble". You should be more concerned with "Getting killed" or killing someone. Marihuana can be found in your hair sample for 5 years after you have smoked. To answer your question, everyone has a different tolerance for weed. Some will be high for a short time and others will linger longer. Legallity is not the issue.
