My cousin and I went thru a checkpoint and he had been drinking.He got a dui.I have my medical marijuana card and i had placed my marijuana in the glove box.They decided to charge him with my marijuana cause they couldnt get me with it.I want to get the case number so i can attempt to get whats rightfully mine back.thats why i hate cops you can be doin shit by the law and they still fuck you

   and State law rules!
   If you presented your card and took ownership of the medicine and the police still charged your cousin then seek out a marijuana lawyer in your State. There is a ticket number on cousins paperwork. That is all you need. A medical marijuana patient must know the State the law and how to protect their civil rights because of the Federal law consequences.
