I was arrested back in September 09 all my medication had been ceased when i got all taken to jail i was charged for transportation possession and a DUI of mj but all my charges were dropped in February 10 i called the narcotics officer at the police station to get my stuff back and he said he wont give me my marijuana back until i get a court order. He is being so difficult why does he have to be so complicated?
Yeah you will not get your narcotics/medications back. If you were transporting anything in other containers other than a prescription bottle with your name on it consider it destroyed and lost. They say get a court order cause it is known to people associated with law that you are not going to get one. No Judge is going to say, "OK here is an order go get your POT back, smoke responsibly." Forget about it, be smarter next time and don’t get stopped.
