My question is; can i use this info to get a license for marijuana? The reason I smoke it is cuz it calms me down. I cant sleep without it. They have me on lithium and zyprexa now, but i would much rather just be on medical marijuana. It is safer, and it has less side effects. Is it possible to get a license in my case?

It depends on your states guidelines regarding medicinal marijuana. If it is anything like California’s medicinal marijuana laws, then yes. Schedule an appointment with a Physician who recommends medical marijuana. There will be a fee. I’d also recommend that you take your medical records with you, it will make the visit faster and things easier on the doc.

You can also go to http://www.hightimes.com. They have links for each states laws regarding Cannabis and will have links to some medical clinic offices in your area.
