Anyone had similar happenings or know of similar cases with succes in not being charged with the under 20 gram possesion?
same experience. they wont drop the possession charges, but you might not have to do any jail time for it. i pleaded guilty and was immediately released and my only punishment was to pay the court fees. of course, if you have any other charges, you wont get off as easily.
hmmm do you "know" anyone…like the governor ? cause I’m pretty sure you are screwed either way… unless your lawyer gets the prosecution to get that in writing… i wouldn’t count on it…
