Depends on your state. In most states, as long as the suspensions were completed over 3 years ago, you should be in the clear and they shouldnt effect your rates. Otherwise, you will probably end up in an assigned risk plan.
Not all insurance companies offer policies in all states. When it comes to someone with your type of driving record, NO company is going to offer you "good" rates. It’s going to cost a heck of a lot. DUI’s, in most states, will show for FIVE years, and in a few, will count against you, up to SEVEN years. And even if they can’t use it against you, the underwriter will still see it on your record.
So there’s no short cut, you’ll have to shop around . . . but it’s going to cost a whole bunch.
Assigned Risk plan. In California DUI’s count for 10 years. But Assigned Risk only counts them for 3 years. A link is below for the Assigned Risk Plan. Find an agent in your area that writes the program. Under the Plan link click on the down arrow then pick your state.
Progressive. If the DUI’s are over 3 years old they do not count against you

don’t drive for at least 2 more years and make sure you attend your AA meeting regularly.
If you start driving and get a 3rd DUI, it is jail for sure.
