You can always look at your own record, and the DMV may have it listed there, so take a look. If not, contact the court and ask. Also, if you were represented by attorney, he might have that information.
Call the DMV and ask them how long they require it. Usually its 3 years.
On Assigned Risk Plan they only count a DUI for 3 years. However, a DUI stays on your record for 10 years.
Ususally an SR22 is only for 3 years.
