What car insurance company produces the cheapest rates? I have a DUI?

I have 0 tickets in my lifetime, I am a 25 year old man that made a terrible decision two years back and now have a DUI. I am looking for a car insurance company that has low rates because most major companies will not cover me. The lowest I have found so far is AIS followed by esurance. I live in California. Any ideas?
