What are the ways that your car insurance company can find out you have a dui?
I'm looking to buy a motorcycle here shortly. My insurance company hasn't found out a got a dui, but I am on probation because of it at the moment. Now my issue is thus; I obviously don't want them to see I have a dui so my rates don't go up. Would I be able to purchase a new vehicle without them...

insurance companies do a random check of driving records of policy holders and if there is a DUI in your record your insurance will definitely not be renewed at the time of its expiry. In these circumstances other non-standard insurance companies may provide you insurance coverage for a ridiculously high rate. It is better to stay with the same insurer because if you go for a new policy companies usually ask for driving record and will come to know about your ticket. You will have to file sr22 form. for more info you can read this\

The insurance company will find out whatever you have on your record when they run a MVR (Motor Vehicle Report). That will tell them all they need to know about what you have been up to in your driving history. You can get a copy of this also at your local DMV. They usually cost around $10.
send them the money quickly, if they cash the check(or otherwise accept payment they have to insure you.)
You might be able to do that. However, if you have a DUI you also probly are driving with a suspended drivers license. If you get pulled over with a suspended license you car or motorcycle will probly be impounded.
Don’t drive with a suspended license. You don’t need more problems.
autoinsurance.undonet.com – check these plans. As I know their rates for bad driving record is not such expensive as from other companies.
