If the DUI is what led to the totalling of your car, you most certainly won’t get anything for it. Most auto policies have an exclusion for what are called ‘intentional acts’. In other words, if the car was totalled as the result of a criminal act, like DUI or fleeing from police, etc., then the policy would likely only pay for any liability costs that you have inflicted on others, but the collision damage to your car would be excluded. In some cases, even the liablity might be excluded if there was a crime involved.

Not unless you have full-value replacement coverage. Most car insurance policies will pay you the current low book value of your wrecked car, minus any deductable. Of course, since the wreck was your fault, you may have a hard time getting them to pay anything.
