But is also depends on what kind of insurance you have on the car. And since it would be a DUI issue…I’m not really sure they would go for that. The best thing to do is call and ask your insurance.

But beyond that, no, they are liable for your vehicle if it gets damaged by you, or by someone else hitting it.
