Not everyone can be perfect like you "KIZZLE". Some people actually make mistakes! Imagine that.
First let me say i lament the loss of anyone to "drunk driving". However, DUI and drunk driving have nearly nothing to do with each other. some very smart judges and lawmakers have instituted a little thing called reasoning into the arena. they know that quite a few police departments depend on ticket money to show the public they're doing their job. so these police officers stop people in likely areas that will give them the ability to hand out the most tickets: around bars; near college campuses; on weekends; on blind corners. I'm not saying people aren't breaking the law, but it's also true the police give unnecessary tickets. For instance there's a corner where the police sit near my house, it goes from a four lane street to a 2 lane street, both with very different speed limits. They give tickets out as fast they can finish the last one.
Dui might have a blood alcohol level of 0.08 but most judges would ask the officers to prove the person was driving erratically in the first place. The reasoning being: one person might be at 0.09 but driving speed limit, straight and obeying all laws, why was he stopped?; versus another might be at 0.06 and driving all over the road, they're not going to disregard the driving due to the bac levels.
Now on to your question. Insurance cost post dui depends on: your age and their tables of how likely someone your age will get into a wreck and require insurance to pay out; the laws of your state, as in how stringent are the laws there for punishment and likelihood of those who are punished returning to repeat the dui; are there lots of dui in your area or only a few a year.
In some states they might require you to carry double insurance. I personally thing it's a racket. However, who cares what I think? I think we should have flying cars that automatically go where you want with no input from the driving. But, no one wants that.

how many miles per month/year
how many people operate this vehicle
etc.

No such thing as a standard sum. Every case is different as is every quote. Suffice it to say, premiums will be greatly increased with some insurers refusing to cover convicted drivers since there is a high rate of reoffending.

No sympathy for drunk drivers! I lost my son to one last year. Poor you, how would you like to be spending Christmas in prison for vehicular manslaughter or at a candle lighting ceremony at the cemetery with 2 grandchildren that have no father now.
People need to up their morals now a days, think about other people and do unto others!!!
