  1. UCANTCME says:

    Missouri DWI First Offense.

    Up to $500.00 in fines.

Court costs may also be between $10.00 and $100.00.

    1 to 2 years probation.

The SATOP class costs $190.00 dollars. The 10-Hour, Level-1 SATOP course consists of four sections that are each 2 1/2 hours in length, either taken as four separate sessions or combined into two larger sections.

8 points will be assessed against the driver’s license.

A reinstatement fee in the amount of $45.00 dollars.

In general, the cost of an Offender Management Unit assessment runs a minimum of $195.00. That fee includes $65.00 for the initial screening, a $60.00 fee to the Department of Revenue, plus the cost for the specific program which is a minimum of $70.00.

There will never be a fee less than $105.00 so any driver should expect that minimal fee in order to accomplish what needs to be done to get the driver’s license reinstated.

I found all of this on the Missouri DWI website, hope it helps.
