    Neither. They are about equal……but….ask your insurance company to know for sure….

    I’m pretty sure a DUI is worse.

    From what I have seen in the past, a DUI is. A Reckless Operation charge normally carries a really stiff fine and maximum license points for the citation (in States where points on a license are used). Jail time is not likely though. A DUI also affects insurance costs.

    As long as you didn’t kill or injure anyone through your reckless driving, the DUI is worse, as it stays on your record longer.
