    It depends on your State laws whether they can deny the claim. Either way, they will be nonrenewing your policy – they will NOT be offering you a renewal when your policy expires (or if allowed by your State they can cancel midterm). They will give you ample notice (probably 30 days – depends on the State). I would start calling independent agents in your area soon in expectation of losing your policy with GEICO. They will probably quote you with Progressive who will take your policy with a DUI & an at fault accident resulting.

    They could and they could also cancel your insurance, which would make it very difficult for you to get insurance from any one else. If you can get insurance, you will pay, pay, pay HUGE rates.

    be ready to fork over some big bucks dude your a bad risk.that will show up on your record and they will make you pay dearly at any insurance co. quit drinking and driving before you hurt or kill someone or yourself and your insurance should go down in 4-5 years with good behavior. my uncle was killed by a drunk driver so i dont feel a bit sorry for you.i hope they take you off the road and throw the book at you
