Does anyone work for Farmer’s Insurance? What do they think about having a DUI when applying?

I have an interview with Farmer's Insurance this Friday. Everything seems to be going great except for the fact that I do not have a valid driver's license and I am on diversion. Does anyone know how this will affect an opportunity for employment?
Look at it as a blessing, you don’t want a position with Farmers Insurance. The are the WORST.
If you are convicted of the DUI, it is considered a felony in most places. They may not want to hire someone with that type of offense on their record. Good luck.
