It was expunged months ago by the court.
Because I completed an ARD program. Commuinty service, rehab classes etc. All of which have been paid for including my charges.

If a charge has been expunged it is as if it never existed in the first place so no you do not need to report it. For all intents and purposes you never got a DUI.

It depends on how it was "expunged". Did time expunge it? Did the court expunge it ? Why? Were you charged, fought it and found not guilty ? The reason makes all of the difference
