i live in florida and dont own or drive a car i have both certificates for dui class and treatment. after i pay the fees, do i need to take the test over again? the dui was back in 2007. i havent driven since and i walk 12 miles every day...... ...

You must show proof of insurance. Insurance rates after a DUI are extreme for 5-7 years.EDIT: A 2007 conviction for DUI will still show on you record. You must also show proof of a sr-22 filing for your insurance.
