i’ve had friends that got DUI’s. they went without insurance and drove like grannies. not a single one of them got pulled over. as long as someone doesn’t draw attention to themself, they won’t get pulled over.

SR-71 insurance is ridiculously expensive and it’s even more ridiculous that they expect average people to buy it.

Try Progressive…they are one of few major companies that sell DUI insurance. Yes, it is more expensive – but as you said, not all companies will sell you insurance. And the ones who do just SR-21 are really out of bounds with rates.

To drive without insurance is just asking for trouble…you never know when the police will set up a saturation point and inspect every third driver, every fifth driver, every driver whose license plate ends in an odd number or a particular letter. Sure, drive like a granny, but it only takes one idiot on the road to cause you to get into an accident and then the lack of insurance is immediately seen…you get to pay it ALL yourself.

autoinsurance.noneto.com – check these plans. As I know their rates for bad driving record is not such expensive as from other companies.
