Best car insurance for DUI?

I’m 18 I got a DUI october 2009 when I was 17. As a minor I got no tolerance license suspension for a year no exceptions. I had state farm insurance who will no longer
cover me. I’m getting a new car sometime when my year is up but I NEED to know what
the most affordable insurance company is!
