Importantance Of Choosing A Good DUI Lawyer

By Andy Taylor

"A Nation Without Drunk Driving." This is a symposium that will be sponsored by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, or known as MADD as part of the International DUI (meaning Driving Under the Influence) Technology Symposium that would be held on the 19th and the 20th of this month in Albuquerque, Canada. During this symposium, the latest innovations to help out lessen the number of drunk drivers would be showcased. The list would include alcohol-detecting sensors and anklet devices. These actually test the alcohol levels in the skin so much so that the ignition on their vehicles would lock up in case they do detect that a driver is drunk. All these innovations and technologies would be presented by researchers, law enforcement officers, and criminal justice people.

If you have been arrested for DUI or DWI, it is obviously cause for concern

How can Seattle DUI Lawyer help me if I will be convicted?
Can Seattle DUI Lawyer help me with my DUI case. I don’t want to go to jail.

You need to be represented by an Attorney.

I recommend that you interview at least 3 or 4 Attorneys who have a great deal of experience defending DUI cases.

Ask them about some of their recent cases and what were the results in those cases.

Hire the Attorney that you think is best for you and your case.

Does anyone know of a good DUI Lawyer in the Houston area?
I have a friend that got 4 DUI’s in other states and wants to move here soon but they need to hire a Lawyer to get their license back when they get here. 3 of the DUI’s are over 10 years and 1 is over 5 years so I think it’s possible for them to get a license.

  4. MSAD says:

I would expect to pay a retainer of about $5000.

Good lawyers aren’t cheap and cheap lawyers aren’t good. for a second DUI, you can expect to pay between $2k and $7k. This will probably not include trial.

As for initial money down, it depends on the lawyer. Some will accept payments, and others don’t.

In massachusetts, how much does a dui lawyer cost for a first offense dui case? How do you appeal a due refusal of a breath test within the first 15 days. how can you get your license back at this hearing? is it even worth goin to the that first hearing?

How much is a DUI lawyer in washington state?
Just curious how much they usually tend to ask for as a retainer fee (initial money down). This would be for the North Seattle area. Not this person’s first DUI.
