What do I do after I have been terminated from my DUI class?
I drank the night before class and after a random breathalyzer I was terminated and now must appear in front of the judge to ask to be reinstated. However, I don't know where exactly to go, and what the penalties could be. Please help "/ ...

here is what more than likely will happen
you should have another court date and once you appear more than likely you will be reinstated into another class and more than likely a class that you will have to be in longer and pay even more
i hope you wasn’t driving this time..
and more than likely if your are driving somehow.. the Judge will order an ignition lock on your car ..where you have to blow into to get your car started..
or he could just send directly to jail
why don’t you quit drinking?
get another dui, and they’ll probably enroll you in another new class
Buy some comfortable shoes, or a bus pass. You won’t be driving legally for at least five years. The judge may put you in jail.
