    Up to the Judge…could be JAIL or a VERY heavy fine….or both

    £390 to $1,000 fine
    48 hours to 6 months in county jail
    minimum 4 months drivers license suspension (restricted drivers license may be available)
    possible period of probation
    attendance at a State approved alcohol/drug program
    possible ignition interlock restriction
    SR22 insurance requirement

    This is for DUI only, so this at least.
