Penalties 4 third DUI in NC get a person?

My brother just got his 3rd DUI/DWI here in North Carolina. The other inmates at the jail told him he was looking at 18-22 months in prision. He had one of those ignition things on the car, but took it off. This was the 3rd in about 6yrs

    My brother in law did about a year in NC for his third offense. He was out in about 9 months for good behavior.

    Probable prison time.Some People don’t learn. But i do feel bad for you.

    Well considering the amount of people tha die every year due to drunk drivers. Not enough time I am afraid.

    They should send him to and alcohol treatment facility and dry him out and then yes he needs to spend some time in the facility of the courts choice. He is one of the reasons that people want to get rid of alcohol so he ruins a couple of cold ones at home for everyone. This is his third time in six years that he has been irresponsible and bold enough to take other peoples lives in his hands. Guess it would be okay for me to go out every two years and shoot randomly with a gun as long as i missed what is the problem?
