Has anybody been arrested for a DUI in Michigan? If so, what kind of fines and/or penalties did you face?

Are you in Oakland County? If you are then you’d better ditch the attorney for one who charges AT LEAST $5000! I’m only familiar with the laws in Oakland County….it’s a jail term for first time offenders if you don’t have excellent counsel! Good luck!
