Laws vary in different states on DUI’s. Even if you are moving, I believe states cross-check with other states when you apply for a license, so you’d be better off resolving it as best you can before you move. Also check to be sure you won’t violate any conditions by moving, in some cases it could get you in more trouble. Best thing to do is talk to an attorney, some will offer a free consultation.

talk to your lawyer that would be the best tihing to do

You should plead no contest. It is the same as guilty, but you just aren’t admitting it. Your license will be suspended (most likely) for 6 months suspension. But, the fines for DUI are hefty. Sometimes, running about $2,500.00. But, you can pay payments.

The DUI offense will stay with you no matter where you move. I hope the site below will be of help. You need to take care of this problem before you move out of State and start a clean slate next time.
