I'm so I think it falls under the zero tolerance law. the code was a 23136. In LA county CA
My case was dismissed by court.
But I just called my Hearing Officers Office and they told me his dessision was to suspend my license.
I blew a .04 .05 and at the station a .03
.......
I just got a great job as a meter reader so obviously I need my license.

My questions are:

How Long wil they susped my license?
Will I be able to get a restricted lisense for work even tho im under the drinking age?
Will they still have me take DUI classes... If so how long?
Will the DMV still fine me even tho Court Dismissed it. If so how much.

If you dont know a REAL awnser to my question please dont awnser it.... Im in a tough position and its not a joke ...
