Does anyone know the penalty for DUI under north carolina state law?

I recieved a DUI on Ft Bragg when I was still part of the unit, any idea what the penalty is for this offense or what I can expect. Preferably from someone who got a DUI or knows someone who did. I recieved a DUI on Ft Bragg when I was still part of the unit, any idea what the penalty is for this offense or what I can expect. Preferably from someone who got a DUI or knows someone who did.

Also since I have been moved to a different part of the country and my court date is coming up are they going to move the trail to my new state?
