Would need to know your BAC, state of arrest, and if you actually did take the test to give you an exact answer. Most likey, if you did not refuse the test and your BAC was below .15, you will recieve a 90 day license suspension, no jail time, and a fine between 200-500 dollars. Again, I would need to know more before giving you an exact answer. The bottom line is it’s does not sould like you have have much to worry about this time but keep in mind now that you will have one prior, there is mandatory jail time for a second offence in most all states

Depending on the county too, I believe the fine is around $1200.00 and You will temporarily have your license suspended until you go to some classes on drinking and driving. You do stay on probation for awhile, I’m just not too sure for how long. I believe if you tell the Judge You need to drive to and from work or school they will give you restrictions on your license. most states have the .08 rule.your bac has nothing to do with it.My 1st.dui,,I blew a 3.0. three times over the legal limit.here in wisc.my 1st offense consisted of a $1700.00 fine,AODA classes,6 months lisc.revocation,a sr-22 (insurance) on the car for 5 years.you really want a good answer????contact a lawyer in your county….normally your 1st consultation with the lawyer is free,
