I recently got charged with a 2nd offense DUI in California, but I want to move to Florida..what will I face?

   Please don’t move to Florida. There are enough drunk drivers there as it is, and I don’t want my nieces to get killed or maimed needlessly.

   Yes it will transfer.

   Feel lucky that the prisons are overcrowded and Arnold has to release 43,000 inmates. Otherwise you would be spending some time in the slammer.

   They may not let you leave the state until your probation period has ended and/or Florida may not want you until your probation is completed.
