The judge ordered me consent, 6 months probation, suspended license, curfew, counseling, drivers training class, jail tour and criminal call. How long do you think the 10:00 curfew will last...it's been about 2 months since the sentencing and I plan to go back and ask for my license back within the next month..will they erase the curfew?

not until you are 18 i hope. that’s a serious sentence for your first offence i think you been in trouble before that.

It should say in your probation papers. It will probably be for the 6 months probation period. I don’t know what state you are in but in TX you would not be getting your licenses back until you are 18. Most states frown upon a DUI for 16 yr old. They are usually hard on you and will enforce the full term of probation.

I would guess that the curfew is one of the conditions of the probation and will last as long as the probation (6 months).
Ask for your licence back after 2months?????
You are lucky, in Canada there is a mandatory 1 year suspension on first convictions and the only way to get your licence back then is to get an ignition interlock device (where you have to blow before you drive) and to participate in a program that assesses your alcohol consumption and gives counselling about drinking.
